I am a self-motivated nursing professional with over two decades of experience in renal care, driven to apply my nursing and management skills to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. An excellent team player with proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, I am an effective communicator and thoughtful decision-maker who consistently meets patient needs. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Critical Care Nursing, a Dip HE in Critical Care Nursing, and RN, RM, and Renal Nursing qualifications from King’s College London, as well as a Postgraduate Award in the Management of Patients with Chronic Renal Disease from Warwick University. Since beginning my career as a dialysis nurse at King’s College Hospital in 1998, I have progressed to unit manager, developed a passion for vascular access, and authored an abstract on self-care in haemodialysis presented at the EDTNA conference in Italy (2007). My career has included roles at King’s College Hospital (Dulwich), King’s Greenwich Hospital, and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where I currently serve as a Vascular Access Clinical Nurse Specialist. I bring expertise in haemodialysis, staff training, unit management, and patient education, supported by strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to process complex clinical data with accuracy and speed.
